Currently, I operate several eBay shops in different categories as a full-time job. In my spare time I like to indulge in writing mobile game guides and reporting on my reselling activities. I occasionally write guides related to Get Paid To sites like FreeCash and Swagbucks, but less than I used to. I previously hosted wikis for: Apex Girl, Road to Rich, Dark Brides, and Passion Pit. In an effort to return this site to Family Friendly skies, I have removed such content.

Game Guide: Puzzles and Conquest

There are varying versions of this game offered on Swagbucks and other platforms. This guide is for an older offer, but the gameplay tips are still very valid.

Puzzles & Conquest is a Build & Battle mobile game that incorporates Match3 mechanics for story progression.

This one is potentially a money maker, although you can do it without a purchase if you’d like. Puzzles & Conquest can be found in the SB Live app and it should be listed for at least 1,981 SB.

Offer Terms

Offer Terms require you to reach Castle level 15 and to acquire a 5-star Hero to get the full reward.

2023 Terms
2021 Terms

Total spending for the offer

P2W

Very easy. After you complete the tutorial there will be a pop-up offer to buy Lucifer Hero for $4.99, he is a 5-star hero.

Beyond that, you only need to reach Castle level 15. You will get a large cache of Gems when you buy the pack, which can be used to speed through building upgrades to reach castle level 10.

F2P

If you are going for the full reward and don’t intend on spending any money on packs or heroes this is what you’ll want to focus on.

Your Economy heroes will give big discounts on Building/Researching Costs, Construction Timers, Troop Training Capacity, Gathering Speeds, and Resource Output Speed.

Our goal is to get the Castle up to 15 ASAP and clinch the 800 points in the Beginner Event: Saurland’s New Dawn. This will earn us our first 5-star hero.

Nilesh: Economy Hero

Summoning

You will need 10 Fragments to initially summon the Hero. The bonus the hero provides is based on their Level and Enhancement Rank.

Heroes can achieve 8 Ranks from collecting Fragments; however, the Economy heroes only go to 5th rank.

For this offer, you will want to collect Scarlet, Harald, Sakhir, Albertus, Lamassu, and Elros.

You get 5 free summons per day at the Basic level and 1 free rare. You also get 1 free Deluxe summon every 2 days. Playing in the Campaign will also earn you basic summon tokens as well as Blitzing the campaign missions for rewards.

Several events will play out in the first week that will provide additional summoning opportunities.

Tips & Tricks

You should wait until you have 9 tokens available and then do the discounted (10x) summon option.

You will get both Fragments of Heroes and also have a chance at a “whole” hero. Since we don’t need to clear many levels of the Campaign for our strategy you won’t need to only level up Good heroes.

Just focus on getting your Economy Heroes all up to level 31 and then Enhancing them with your collected fragments.

Recycling

In the Hero tab under Bag, you can Recycle hero fragments that you do not need.

You will get points for each recycled fragment and these in turn can be used to get the Economy fragments. If you exchange your Military fragments for Economy, you will get a large amount.

Hunting

You can Hunt Monsters on the world map to get Scarlet and Nilesh fragments.

Monsters levels 1-9 will drop Scarlet and 10-19 have a chance at Nilesh or more likely Scarlet. Getting Scarlet to max rank is easy due to the numerous drops of her fragment in the game.

Hero Bonuses

Economy Heroes and their bonuses, at level 31 Rank 5:

  • Scarlet: +500 Troop Training Capacity, Research Iron Cost -100k.
  • Harald: Gold gathering Speed +30%, Hunt March Speed +30%.
  • Elros: Gathering Troop March Speed +30%, Gathering Speed +10%.
  • Sakhir: Free Time Speedup +10 (mins), Building Iron Cost -100k.
  • Lamassu: Gold Output +10%, Building Food Cost -100k.
  • Albertus: Hunt March Speed +10%, Research Food Cost -100k.

Evony TKR: 3 Gold Generals

This is a variation on the offer for “reaching 5 stars” in Evony: The King’s Return. This offer is considerably easier than the 5-star version and should not take as long to complete. There are two other versions: Obtain 1 Gold Equipment and Occupy a Purple Fortress for the first time.

The reward for completing the offer varies and I have seen $14, $40, and more recently $85 to do it. It is available on many offer walls including Adgem, OfferToro, and RevU. The time limits are typically 30 days to finish. You may find this with the highest offering reward on the SB Live app under “More Ways To Earn.”

If you are not already a member of Swagbucks, MyPoints, or InboxDollars; I strongly suggest you sign up. These sites are a great source of extra income for spontaneous purchases.

Evony: The King’s Return is a completely free-to-play game, however, there are some game items that can also be purchased for real money. Administrate the cities in your Empire and use your leadership skills in managing resources and research improvements to gain strategic advantages. Join a strong Alliance where you can make friends, and communicate in real-time via voice and text with auto-translations so you can improve strategies and win epic battles.

Getting the Generals: There are 3 main ways to acquire a Gold tier general.

  • The Tavern: At Tavern level 17 you will gain access to recruiting Gold generals. There is a small chance that a Gold tier general will be available in the Tavern, the chances improve the higher your Tavern level. You can frequently refresh the Tavern using Gems to get a Gold general to show up. Remember to check the little box to warn if there is either an Orange or Historic General. The Tavern refreshes every 4 hours for free. Keep sending your Generals out to farm Gem Mines so that you don’t run out of Gems. Also, you can sell your unwanted Generals to get more Gold coins.
  • Great General Chest: At the Tavern option (Great General Chest), if you collect 30 pieces you can exchange them for a Gold tier general. You get to open the chest every 2 days; or once a day if you reach 145 daily activity points. There is a small chance that you get a complete set of 30 from the chest. Additionally from the “Daily Puzzle” you will get a single piece of Boudica every day; for 30 days, however, this won’t be fast enough for the offer terms.
  • Game Shop Packs: You can spend real money to purchase a pack from the store that includes a Gold tier general. This will cut into your earnings on the offer but is an option if you want to speed through the offer.
  • Events & Challenges: By successfully completing Super Value Events you can earn a Gold tier general. These typically require that you purchase Gems, so I wouldn’t advise doing them.

Game Guide: Game of Thrones Winter is Coming

Sign up and register with a valid email address, and reach level 15 to earn 250 SB.

This was an offer I didn’t mind completing. I have played a few other Game of Thrones-themed browser-based games, and this one was by far the best. You only need to reach Lord level 15 and not upgrade the Castle to 15. This was very easy to do, but in return, the reward was small. Considering the amount of effort needed to complete this offer, I will not be writing a guide to the offer.

There was a lot of game art included, and I will be adding an entry to the Game Girls site page for Game of Thrones: Winter Is Coming.

If you are not already a member of Swagbucks, MyPoints, or InboxDollars, I strongly suggest you sign up. These sites are a great source of extra income for spontaneous purchases. Like that time I bought a $500 drone, which now collects dust in my closet.

Game Guide: Bingo Bash

This is another Bingo-style casino game offer; it is available on Swagbucks and InboxDollars. The reward for offer completion is 2000 SB.

There was no time limit listed on the offer terms pop-up. Reach level 30 to earn the rewards.

I spent 5 days working on this offer, although it can be done in 2 days. I was doing some other games concurrently, so I was slow. Casino Games.

Offer Terms
Payout tiers

You will gain experience points for each tile that you tap on while playing bingo; they call this “daubing.”

As you progress to higher levels, you will be invited to move to a higher-tier table where you will earn more experience.

However, the chip cost of the new tables will increase, so I suggest staying at the low-level tables until you have built up a nice stack of chips.

Each bingo game has a theme and a mini-game that goes with it. I mostly played the Monopoly game.

Monopoly Bash
Jackpot

I think the Aztec board had the best return on experience points per chip cost. I was able to quickly level up on the Aztec game and complete the offer terms. I don’t recall running out of chips at any point.

Things really sped up once I started on the Aztec board, and I was getting Jackpots frequently. I think the lower-level boards have a lower chance of producing a jackpot, but that may just be my skewed impression.

Leveling Up

Empire: Four Kingdom’s

I found this game listed on the Adgem with the offer term of “Complete level 20.” The Standard 30-day time limit on the Adgem offer wall applies. 2400 SB on a double-point special. Very little information was available for the Mobile game. The company operates a browser-based version of the game which has a similar name. The is a Wikia but it has little information and a noticeable lack of Spellchecker use.

You will earn Experience points mostly from constructing buildings or by completing quests. I was only getting 1 exp for each enemy I attacked. The Robber Barons (NPC) can be leveled up by repeatedly attacking them. At level 3 the Baron will have the possibility of dropping Gems. It takes 12,000 Experience to reach level 20.

I had difficulty finding out how to play the game after the short tutorial ended. Too much of the game operates on the assumption that the player already knows how to play. There were many game functions without any instructions beyond “Do this activity and get a reward.” There is a Help section in the Settings page but it only alludes to the game functions and does not instruct as to how to interact with the game.

A small camp on the right side of your castle outside the wall will have daily missions that provide rewards. The Fortune Wheel gives a free spin each day with additional spins available after watching ads. In the Store at the bottom of the list, you will find the Online Rewards for being logged in.

Early in the tutorial, you will be prompted to join an alliance. One of the Daily Activity items is to request help from your alliance. This option is level gated although it is not readily apparent and so being in an alliance is sort of useless in the early game. Another activity is to send resources to another lord and I tried this twice without it checking off as complete. After sending resources to 3 players, 1 of which was an ally it worked but I don’t know which was the triggering action.

There are rewards for reaching new-level milestones as well as rewards for maintaining an Honor Rank each week. Daily logins will get you a bonus if you are in an Alliance and if you have VIP active.

At level 13 you can capture an Outpost to provide additional resources. You want to find one with good resources. All outposts will provide food and either wood or stone. The ratio you want is 8/8 between food and the stone/wood.

The Outpost can build most of the same buildings as your primary castle and you can use Market Carts to ship resources between them. You can also launch attacks from the Outpost on players and NPCs. The Outpost will have its own resources separate from your main castle and it will frequently run short of either Wood or Stone depending on which specialty you choose.

Gold can be used to purchase siege equipment from the merchants outside of your castle. It is also used to take on Missions at the small camp. As you increase in level the Gold requirements will increase exponentially. Gold can be acquired from most activities in the game but especially from selling unused Equipment.

At the Forge, you can combine any 3 pieces of gear of the same tier to make a random gear of the same tier. If you put in 6 items they will generate a single higher tier item. You can get better gear from quest rewards early on so I would suggest selling the junk as Gold is very useful.

It took me 10 days to complete the offer terms without making any purchases. I was not attacked by any other players during this time. I did play aggressively and frequently attacked others but found most denizens to be peace-loving types who were only interested in PvE combat.

Fire & Glory part 2

Well I gave up after hitting level 15. They add 5 new resources to the game at level 15 which meant the 2 farm accounts I had built would also need to be 15 to get the extra resources. Simply not enough time without spending money.

It is unfortunate because I recently got a message on Swagbucks for the same game but for 750 SB for reaching level 15. Disappointing.

In other news, I ordered a drone from DJI and FedEx ended up losing the package. So I am playing phone tag with DJI and FedEx trying to get everything sorted out. My $500 in limbo.

I am working on putting together a grand gallery list of all of the Consorts, maidens and heroines from all of the games I have played. Check it out here.

Fire and Glory

909 SB to reach level 21 Stronghold, I’ll give it a shot. I’ve done many like this before and mostly the resources needed dry up fast. Other times it’s the speedup items you run out of as buildings take 1-2 weeks to finish.

This may not work out, I’ve been on a bad streak with the game offers lately. I failed Pirate King and one of the slot machine offers. The lowest cost item to buy here is 5 bucks which isn’t worth it in my opinion for a 9-dollar offer.

You just get the one Hero and they can be captured at Fort level 15 and then executed at level 20. So the important thing is to not send your hero out to gather resources.

I was looking at the in-game chat and these guys were joking that one of the other Alliances had spent thousands of dollars on the game. There are regular events in the game and one of the events is called “Raise Funds.”

For every dollar spent you get 1 point, at 200 points you get the first reward of an 8-hour peace shield.

You can see the rankings on the event page, so with a little math involved you can see just how much individual players are spending on the game. My own alliance looks to have spent a little over $1,000 as of this posting.

The smallest package in the game is $4.99 which is out of my price range, especially with the reward only being $9 to play.

I’ve put all of my stat points into boosting the Heroes attack bonus. I’ve similarly focused my Research on the Hero panel improving critical hit rate and attack combos.

The goal is to be able to one-hit the Monsters on the world map. I am saving up all my crafting materials in order to get a Blue (Elite) or higher piece of gear.

You run out of Rubble (Stone) quite fast and it is needed for all of the starting buildings. I ended up spending all of my Gold buying resources to rush to Fort Level 13.

I saved and spent all of my Alliance Loyalty credit on getting the VIP points. My VIP level is currently 4th Rank and I may get it to 5th before spending the rest of my points on Hero EXP items.
