Common side hustles will often include work in the Gig Economy. These can be app-based services such as DoorDash, Uber, or GoPuff. Other options may be developing apps for Apple and Android devices, or creating eBooks and stationary to sell on Amazon. Further opportunities are available in closed-captioning work, AI prompt designer, completing surveys, playing games for cash, and In-Home Product Testing (iHUT).
So I decided to switch gears and take a break from the gaming offers on Swagbucks. I have signed up for Sunbasket. The offer earns 6000 SB for receiving 1 shipment in the first 20 days of subscription.
There is an American Express offer of spend 50 earn 20 dollar cashback. That should stack with this deal but I didn’t want to order that much food. I ended up spending 35 bucks using the PayPal cash I earned on Swagbucks.
My first order will arrive April 5th and I have set the subscription to monthly delivery to avoid any additional expenses before I cancel. So this should be a $25 money-maker for me. With the AMEX offer it could go up to a $30 return.
There are many food delivery services listed on Swagbucks. I expect I will be getting a lot more to spend in future. I recently hit Topaz rank on Swagbucks for earning $1000.
I got 766 SB from signing up for this new flavor of green dot card. It’s geared toward Hispanics and immigrants. The offer is simple you only have to sign up to get the points, no need to make any deposit.
I didn’t see any kind of referral link in the app but you can head over to Swagbucks and hit OfferToro’s offerwall to get the deal. They have it on a 2x special right now. I didn’t see any mention of it on Doctor of Credit so there is likely no better offer for the card at this time.
It is credited within 10 minutes of completion of the signup.
I recently visited my doctor and was informed that my cholesterol is sky-high and I likely need to go on medication. I had previously been told this when visiting a CVS Minute Clinic, but I was hopeful that since then I had been able to lower my numbers.
I’ve been given 3 months to get my numbers in proper order, otherwise, I will be put on medication. So I went ahead and bought some Herbal supplements that should aid me in my quest. I’ve eliminated all meat from my diet except for salmon which has those nice Omega-3’s.
My meals each day are highly regimented. Breakfast is oatmeal, and lunch is a Slimfast mixed into a protein smoothie. Dinner is rice, vegetables, and salmon. The salmon is canned which is nice and cheap though I may occasionally have something more fresh from the grocery store if it is on sale.
There are 4 pills that I take either each morning or mixed into my lunchtime Slimfast smoothie. I bought them on Amazon using gift cards that earned on Swagbucks. So I didn’t really spend any real money on these which is nice. I also got the Slimfast on a monthly subscription which got me a juicy 45% discount on the orders.

I always look forward to Monday after the weekend. The opening of the stock market is always exciting. The pre-market trading can be intense and sometimes hectic.
My biggest potential loss today has been Adamis Pharma (ADMP). It dropped to $0.33 in the pre-market after they got a denial letter from the FDA. I’ve got 420 shares over at SoFi.
I almost bought a share of Moderna on the vaccine news but decided to hold my cash for DoorDash’s IPO.
I have received the funds from my Coinbase account and will be buying 50 shares each of Ford (F) and AMC Theaters (AMC). I will also strengthen my positions in dividend-bearing stocks.
Over on Webull I just have the marijuana stocks currently. It’s all red currently but I can wait a bit.
I have reduced the number of apps I use for day trading to simplify my daily schedule. I used to use 10 different brokerage apps, now I just use 6 and I will be trimming that down to 4 eventually.
Right now I’ve got mostly marijuana stocks held in my Webull app. Dividend earning shares in Sofi and a single share of Apple over at Robinhood. I am using FirstTrade for the OTC market: JCPenny, SoftBank, and Japan Airlines. TradeUp is running a special where you guess if the market will be up or down, I’ve earned $26 since October.
Due to the pandemic and my unforeseen stint in jail, I had to make some big decisions as to the future of my business. I have been mining Litecoin (LTC) since 2013 but with lowered prices and high energy costs, I couldn’t keep it up. Even after receiving the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL), I had to give it up.
So recently I liquidated all of the business’ crypto holdings and moved the funds to Charles Schwab. The business is now shifting to holding crypto-related stocks and dividend companies.
The business should get around $200-$300 a year in dividends from the investments. Personally, my own investments will bring in $360-$500 yearly. Maybe a bit more as I transfer shares from my former employer ESPP and close the HSA plan.
Together I’ll have $14k in Sofi and $3k in Charles Schwab and Webull should have about $2.5k.
If you head over to my Site pages I’ve got some useful links to get started on investing.
I am up to 44,475 lifetime SB. I recently finished spending a $250 Amazon GC that I had redeemed from Swagbucks.
I mostly play games or sign up for banking apps. I just finished playing Chief Almighty. Did it in 22 days and received 1,464 SB on a 2x offer from REVNU. I also completed a new game called Battle Night on AdGem. That one got me 720 SB and I did it in 4 days.
I’ll take a short break from gaming to focus on my investments. The next game on my list is State of Survival, either on AdGem or OfferToro depending on whichever gets doubled first.
On the investments, I have compiled a list of stocks that pay nice dividends. I’m calling it my Golden List and it is mostly monthly paying dividends. I’ll put up a site page for the list to show my earnings over time.
We’re just getting things sorted out for Bilbo & Frodo birthday this year. The foods have all been chosen from recipes found in the Lord of the Rings Online game.
Throughout the day we take turns reading favorite passages from the book’s.
I’ve been thinking for a long time that I want to lose some weight but I never really stuck to any plan. My recent stay in jail gave me the time to come to a decision. I had nothing to do in solitary for over a month other than exercising in my cell.
I looked up weight loss supplements and medicine and decided on the following items.
CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid): 3 pills a day
Persimmon Leaf Tea: 1 cup a day
Raspberry Ketones: 2 capsules a day
Fish Oil (Omega-3): 3 pills a day
Apple Cider Vinegar: 2 tsp. a day
I am totally unable to swallow pills, so I will be sucking the oil out of the caps and mixing the powders in a drink.
I’ll be doing mostly Ab exercises as I do want to build some muscle. I may also do some weight lifting for my arms. But otherwise, It’ll just be aerobic workouts and bicycling.
I currently weigh 173 lbs. and my goal is 155 lbs. Its not a big difference since I do want to keep some muscle mass in my upper body. I figure a lot of my weight is in my thighs which are thick with muscles from cycling.
I wish the bathroom scale could tell me how much each part of my body weighs individually.
