Q: Anyone else feel the pull rates are not 3%?

A: It’s understandable to feel this way, especially when streaks of bad luck happen.

A few clarifications that may help:

The displayed base rates (e.g. 2.2% / 3%) refer to per-pull probability, not the chance of getting an SSR within a fixed number of pulls. Short-term results can vary a lot due to RNG, even across dozens of pulls.
Pity systems are usually calculated separately from base rates, which is why experiences often feel “clustered” around soft or hard pity rather than evenly distributed.
Individual or anecdotal experiences (even many of them) don’t reliably reflect true probability without a very large sample size.

As for pull history, the lack of an in-game history makes it harder for players to track outcomes, which is fair feedback.

If you ever believe rates are not matching what’s officially stated, the best next step would be to raise it through official channels so it can be reviewed properly.

Q: Team Compositions, would you mind giving me a hand. I’m kind of lost on my team.

A: Happy to help! When building a team, it’s usually best to start with a simple core instead of trying to use everything at once.

A reliable approach is:

1 main damage dealer (DPS) you invest in the most
1 tank or frontliner to absorb damage
1 support/healer for sustain
Fill remaining slots with utility or secondary DPS

From your roster, focus first on the units that already have higher star levels and clearer roles, then build around them rather than spreading resources too thin. Once your core team is stable, you can experiment and adjust based on the content you’re playing (story, bosses, PvP, etc.).

If you want more specific advice, let us know which mode you’re struggling with and which characters you’ve already invested resources into.

Q: The generous opening event that makes you rush ENTIRE STORY in one week?

A: Event pacing and reward structures can feel very different depending on playstyle and expectations.

The Brave Journey event is designed to reward active progression during a limited time window, but participation is optional, and it’s not intended to force players to rush content if they prefer a slower pace.

Q: what unit and comps are the best in wild hunt and guild conquest?

A: Wild Hunt and Guild Conquest favor different strengths, so there isn’t one single “best” team for both.

For Wild Hunt (boss-focused PvE):

Prioritize single-target DPS, damage amplification, and sustain
Teams usually perform best with:
- 1 main single-target DPS
- 1–2 buffers / debuffers
- 1 healer or shielder

For Guild Conquest (PvP / multi-wave pressure):

Balanced comps with tank + support + AoE / control DPS tend to be more consistent

Survivability, control, and team synergy matter more than raw damage

Q: Server down for anyone else?

A: If you’re having trouble connecting while others can log in normally, it may be related to your network environment.

Please try the following first:
• Switch networks (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data)
• If possible, try a different Wi-Fi network
• Restart the game after switching networks

Q: I’ve been trying to get more info about the artists of this game, like in-game tags, even on their web they dont have anything related to this…Anyone know something?

A: At the moment, there isn’t publicly available information listing individual artists or in-game artist tags for Dragon Traveler.

Some games credit art at the studio level rather than individual artists, which is why you may not see names on the website or in-game.

If official artist credits or spotlights are released in the future, they’ll be shared through official announcements. Thanks for your interest in the art!

Q: When do you reroll again? After the first free 10pull?

A: Most players reroll after the first free 10-pull, since that’s the earliest point where you can see what SSR you get without investing much time.

If you’re not satisfied with the result, you can reset and reroll at that point. Some players choose to go a bit further if there are extra beginner rewards available, but the first free 10-pull is the most common and efficient reroll point.

Q: when do new servers open?

A: At the moment, there’s no official information on when the next new server will open. We recommend keeping an eye on official announcements for updates.

Also, being one day behind usually doesn’t block long-term progression, so you can still catch up as you play.

Q: Is gacha RIGGED?

A: The gacha system isn’t scripted to limit the number of SR or SSR in a multi.

The rates shown in the probability page apply per individual pull, not per multi. Because of randomness, it’s completely possible to see several multis with only one SR, or to never see multiple SSRs in a single multi—even though the rates are correct.

This can feel unusual over a short period of pulls, but streaks like this are normal in probability-based systems.

If you ever believe the actual pull results do not match the published rates, please contact Customer Support with detailed pull records so the team can investigate properly.

Q: Did you get the beta frame?

A: If you received the in-game mail for the Beta Frame but don’t see it applied, please try the following steps first:

Go to Profile / Avatar → Frame settings and check whether the Beta Frame is available there (it won’t equip automatically).
Restart the game and log in again to refresh your account data.
Make sure you’re logged into the same account and server that participated in the beta.

Q: Can login on iOS but not android?

A: If the game works normally on iOS but fails to connect on Android (including Google and Guest login), this may be related to device compatibility, network configuration, or a temporary service issue on Android.

Please have your friend try the following first:

Restart the device
Switch networks (Wi-Fi ↔ mobile data)
Make sure Google Play Services is up to date

If the issue persists, we recommend contacting the Customer Support team so they can check the account and Android login status in detail.

Q: I’ve unlocked all the endings in the wedding event…with the exception of “bride divided in four”. What is necessary to unlock this scene?
