Swagbucks – Albert App

The Offer on Swagbucks

This one is easy but not a great offer. You need to open an account and deposit more than $20 and keep the account open for past 30 days. It didn’t go Pending for me so I am a little wary. It is worth it for the $60 and you get your money back when the offer is complete. So your locking up $50 for a month basically.

The PLAID service was really laggy (10-15 minute wait) it ended up timing out twice.

Deposit Amounts

The deposit screen only allowed for set amounts so I had to choose $50. There is no “Custom Amount” option so you cannot do $25. I also had difficulty with connecting my SoFi account and ended up using Charles Schwab.

The app is free unless you signup for Geniuses Service. It won’t let you not do it, but you can cancel right away to avoid the monthly fee ($4).

The SoFi App

SoFi services

SoFi’s mission is to help people reach financial independence to realize their ambitions. And financial independence doesn’t just mean being rich—it means getting to a point where your money works for the life you want to live.

Everything we do is geared toward helping our members get their money right. We’re constantly innovating and building ways to give our members what they need to make that happen.

Sofi is an all-in-one banking, credit card, loan, crypto and investing platform app. You can do everything from the app. I have moved about 85% of my net worth into SoFi and I use it to track all of my accounts and services that I utilize. You can buy and sell cryptocurrencies in the investing section and they have a great rewards program. If you signup using my link you will get $10 in points.

SoFi Rewards Program

Hi! 👋 Join me on the SoFi mobile app! You can save, spend, trade and borrow — all in one app. Use my link to sign up and you’ll get 1,000 rewards points. https://sofi.app.link/BiKLLQRxuib

2 bank offers, Swagbucks

I recently found two bank account offers on Swagbucks that have easy terms. Lili Financial 5000 SB and PrizePool 2000 SB.

For Lili you need to deposit $25 and PrizePool wants $10, both offers say will pend for 32 days. Neither offer went pending for me so I will likely have to submit a ticket.

The accounts were easy to open and the Lili debit card arrived fast. The other one is just a banking app with no card. PrizePool gives you “tickets” to enter drawings to get rewards. I’ve seen other banking apps that tried the same gimmick and failed so I don’t expect this one to last long. They always run out of funding and switch to paid banking subscriptions or heavy fee’s.

Swagbucks – Green Chef

Green Chef

This was my second meal delivery service deal. The first was from Sunbasket. This one from Green Chef pays out 5000 SB and the package cost $35 so I made about $15 on the deal.

The ice packs had melted in shipping and the poor FedEx guy had a mess in his truck. He had a form to return the box as damaged but I told him it was fine as I had gotten the stuff for free.

After hauling the soggy box inside, I found that the bags inside were dry. The ice was in a separate compartment below the food near the bottom.

We’ve already got dinner for tonight’s cooking so I will save these until tomorrow. I will update the post as each meal gets cooked, so check back soon.

EDIT: 5-19-21 Well, I forgot to take pictures and have eaten all the food. Sorry.

Sunbasket part 2

My package has arrived. It was originally scheduled to be here yesterday but there was a delay. No biggie.

There are two meals included in the shipment. I decided to make the Tex-Mex chicken salad first since the meat had been in the hot box. There was lots of insulation and an ice pack in the box, but it still got warm.

The instruction manual made it all easy to do. I filmed the process. It took maybe 30 minutes including the time I spent bumbling about the kitchen and fumbling with my camera.

I’ll add the video once I get it edited into something more digestible 😂😂

Sunbasket

So I decided to switch gears and take a break from the gaming offers on Swagbucks. I have signed up for Sunbasket. The offer earns 6000 SB for receiving 1 shipment in the first 20 days of subscription.

There is an American Express offer of spend 50 earn 20 dollar cashback. That should stack with this deal but I didn’t want to order that much food. I ended up spending 35 bucks using the PayPal cash I earned on Swagbucks.

My first order will arrive April 5th and I have set the subscription to monthly delivery to avoid any additional expenses before I cancel. So this should be a $25 money-maker for me. With the AMEX offer it could go up to a $30 return.

There are many food delivery services listed on Swagbucks. I expect I will be getting a lot more to spend in future. I recently hit Topaz rank on Swagbucks for earning $1000.

PODERcard

I got 766 SB from signing up for this new flavor of green dot card. It’s geared toward Hispanics and immigrants. The offer is simple you only have to sign up to get the points, no need to make any deposit.

I didn’t see any kind of referral link in the app but you can head over to Swagbucks and hit OfferToro’s offerwall to get the deal. They have it on a 2x special right now. I didn’t see any mention of it on Doctor of Credit so there is likely no better offer for the card at this time.

It is credited within 10 minutes of completion of the signup.
