Lockdown

Update: When I wrote this, my employer had said there was a lockdown. There is not currently.

I just received an official-looking document to carry stating that I am an essential person doing something important. Basically, I am allowed to go to work. I am allowed to leave my house.

I live in North Carolina currently, and the governor has issued a lockdown due to Corona-chan (Covid-19).

I was hoping to get paid to stay home so that I could grind a bit more on the Hardcore server. Yesterday I only managed to get 40 favor. I ran Tempest Spine and the two Dragonborn quests.

Ananzi is up to level 15, and I expect to farm Sharn on normal to get my Esoteric set items. That should give me an edge when I work on the 11’s and 12’s.

Brioche is still level 9, I am focusing on the Favor reward before trying to hit 10 reaper points, just in case I die again.

Success at last.

This last build works wonders and survives well even on Elite. 9 levels of Bard and 11 warlock.

I am up to level 17, and I am banking level 18 while I finish the Gianthold Saga.

I’ve tried a Normal mode run of the Sharn Saga but found no gear. I’ll have to bump it up to Hard to get something good.

I am up to 830 Favor and 2167 Reaper exp. Now I am debating whether or not to TR when I hit 20.

Dying after Reincarnating would be embarrassing.

Well, I certainly am doing good with the bard warlock build.

I just hit level 10 and am starting to farm Ravenloft for gear. I expect the RL quests will get me to level 12, and then I will go straight to Sharn and then maybe Necro 4 or Vale.

Level 20 doesn’t seem so far away now.

I did buy the Greater Tome of Learning upgrade from the shop and also a Sovereign XP potion. So the experience is flowing in, even on the lower-level stuff.

With the Bardsong on my hireling and its summon, I can mostly sit back and let them handle the aggro.

I got the Barovian Scepter from the NPC in the entrance area. With just 2 levels of Warlock, I do good damage.
