Coaches add attribute bonuses to the Players assigned to your team. Coaches may be purchased at the Coach Shop using Diamonds, frequently with discounts.
The shop includes R, SR, SSR, PR, UR, and HR Coaches. UR and HR Coaches may be acquired through special Events.
Coaches are managed through the Coaching Center facility on your Industry map panel.
Coach Center
The center allows you to view your current roster of coaches, recruit new coaches, and upgrade your current coaches.
- Use items to level up coaches and boost attributes.
- Upgrading skills provides extra attribute bonuses for coaches and players.
- Consume duplicates to promote coaches and increase stats.
- Use match wins to increase Badge star levels.
- Head Coaches provide tactical counters that grant bonus attributes during matches.
Coaching Team
Coaches fill special positions in your management. These can benefit your team as you acquire additional Coaches.
- Coaching positions include Head Coach, Defensive Coach, GK Coach, Assistant Coach, Fitness Coach, and Attacking Coaches.
Coaches are also sub-divided into classifications tied to their Grade (SR, SSR, etc.).

Upgrading Coaches
Coach levels may be increased by using Tactics Books. These can mostly be acquired from the following avenues: Guild Shop, Penalties, 7-Day Gala, AFK Training, or Crazy Football.
The Star Level of your Coaches can only be upgrade by using a Coach in winning Matches. For example, the first Star-up is available after 30 matches.
