Gold and Goblins

This one is a simple top-down Tycoon game set in a mine. You receive coins from your active Mineshafts and from breaking the rocks in the mine.

Terms

Lootably’s terms for this offer are 30 days to reach level 50 with a payout of $31 for a full completion.

Lootably Terms

The developer of Gold and Goblins has another title “Goblins Wood” which has a better payout that I would suggest doing instead of this one.

You can find my guide for that game in the Tycoons section of this site.

Strategy

This game uses ads to a high degree, so don’t be surprised. I turned off the sound pretty fast. You can watch ads to get boosts and bigger rewards. The game also disburses chests with extra loot and there is a wheel of fortune you can spin by watching ads.

You can purchase additional Goblins and upgrade your Mineshafts to improve the coin flow. When you are offline the game will accrue Coins from any Mineshafts that you have automated.

Any Mineshafts that have not been upgraded and automated will require you to manually tap on the coins that are disbursed.

The map is divided into sections of two to three mines with two Mineshafts per section. As you advance the level of the rocks will increase which will then require a higher-level Goblin to break.

The game is all about micromanagement and depending on how much time you are willing to devote to it will determine how much you can possibly earn.

Events

Throughout the week there will be active events where you will work to clear a themed mine. I took part in the Card Collector, Candy Frenzy, and Volcanic Eruption events. Usually, there is a long event (3-day) followed by a short event (1-day)

Tips

There is not any clear strategy I can suggest for this game offer. I would suggest saving your Green Gems to spend on Events. The Events pay out big rewards that will speed up your task in this offer, so it is good to get as far as possible in them.

I did have some trouble with getting credit. I received the first two rewards, but then it skipped the next two before paying out again. The game is listed on multiple offer walls as well as the main sites of Swagbucks and MyPoints.

You should shop around until you find one with a good valuation. When I did it, I just needed a few points to finish off my BINGO board, so I didn’t get the higher-paying version.
