Nothing fancy this morning. Actually, this is more along the lines of “soul food.”
Ramyun with Kimchi and an egg. Maybe not breakfast material though…

Well, I finally got fed up with my dinosaur of a phone and ordered a new one.
I had been using an Alcatel Pop 5.5 which had been getting slower and slower by the day.
It really just didn’t have enough internal storage (8GB) or RAM (1GB) to handle all of the updates that were constantly coming out for every little app.
My new phone is actually fairly old from 2015 but has good specs. I bought a Samsung S6 Active. It’s built tough for drops, and shocks and is waterproof.
It has 32GB storage and 3GB RAM so I shouldn’t have too much trouble with my apps just yet.
The phone is fast, it has an octa-core processor and loads Pokémon Go quite fast. In fact, the phone has a blue button on the side that can launch a preset app. I’ve got that set to Pokémon Go 😀
Beef-fried rice with veggies. Blueberry Cheese Danish and a nice slice of pumpkin pie.

Naan, tabouli, deep-fried rice cakes, and hazelnuts.

A lovely lunch was provided once more from the Maangchi cookbook.

A lucky strike just before starting work today.
This puts me on the last mission for the Meltan objective.
I’m certainly taking some time to finish this up.

Mother has decided to start roasting her own coffee beans.
She purchased several bags of green coffee beans from Amazon.
The brand is Bohdi Leaf. She will be pan-frying the beans.

Atop whipped cream and chocolate ice cream.
Dessert. Maybe lunch?

Mandu and tteokguk for New Year’s breakfast. Some seaweed and pickled veggies on the side.
