Mother made some mochi cakes for the end-of-year celebrations.
She got a nice star-pattern cookie cutter from Amazon, and it works well with the mochi.

I turned 33 on Monday this week. We had seafood 잡채, beef, and grilled pork 쌈. A nice red beer went with the meal.
My mother made Mandu (만두) and Moon cakes with red bean and coconut fillings. We will also have Patbingsu (팥빙수) later.
