Story Overview
During the rescue, you discover a much greater threat: Raven has started a missile launch sequence, and the target is none other than the Rebel High Command. You have to stop the launch before the missile leaves the ground.
Can you pull off the rescue and stop the missile strike in time?

Combat
In this game, you fight on more than one front. Special Ops missions put you on the ground, where speed, precision, and quick decisions matter most. Squad Battles put you in command, where you manage resources and build the strength needed to tackle Raven head-on!
Special Ops
You play in first person as a member of Daniel Walker‘s squad. Special Ops missions take you behind enemy lines, where every shot, movement, and timing choice can decide the outcome. Your job is to strike where regular forces cannot and complete objectives, including:
- Sniping: Take out guards from a distance and clear the path for your squad.
- Rescue: Infiltrate enemy outposts and rescue captured allies.
- Elimination: Push into key areas and use terrain or mechanisms to take out critical Raven personnel or facilities.
- Assault: Switch between different weapons. In some stages, you can even use tanks or RPGs to break through heavy defenses.

Squad Battles
When Raven forces launch a major assault, a Special Ops squad will no longer be enough to fend them off. You will need to bring your officers together and build a strong frontline squad to fight them head-on. In these battles, victory often comes down to smart formation choices and long-term resource growth. The stronger your officers and the better your formation, the more secure your frontline will be.
- Select and deploy officers to build your formation.
- Learn what each unit type does and how they counter each other.
- Upgrade your officers wisely and build your strongest squad.

City Areas
The Raven-controlled city is divided into the Upper City and the Lower City. In the Upper City, your objective is to push forward quickly and rescue Alexis. Once you reclaim the entire Upper City, you will reach the blockade separating the two parts of the city.
After breaking through the blockade, you will enter the Lower City. Raven forces are entrenched throughout this part of the city, so a reckless charge won’t get you far. Advance carefully, and secure each area before moving on. Bit by bit, push Raven out until the city is yours again!
Upper City: Secure a foothold and rescue Alexis.

Lower City: Reclaim the city area by area
The Lower City is crawling with Raven forces, and the battles here unfold on a much larger scale than in the Upper City. There is also a more sinister Raven plot hidden beneath all the fighting. Your goal is not just to finish one mission. You need to reclaim each occupied area and get the city running again.
Reclaim the Lower City step by step:
- Clear Raven forces from an area to rescue the aides there. They will then join your side, bringing intel and resources with them.
- As more of the city comes back under your control, main facilities such as the Warfare Center, Train Station, and Radar Station will come back online.
- The more territory you control, the more soldiers, support, and equipment you will have access to.
At the same time, the Raven’s doomsday countdown has already begun.
As you enter the Lower City, the Doomsday Crisis countdown begins. The Raven has started the missile launch sequence. While reclaiming the city, you must locate and destroy Missile Command before it’s too late. This is the main objective that drives the story forward.
Key Side Stories:
- Raymond: A mysterious tank driver who shows up when your squad is in serious danger. You can call on him when you need help.

- Agent in Distress: Help a badly wounded tank driver recover step by step. Her story runs through the entire Lower City campaign, and the moment the Griffin II Tank roars back to life will be one of the biggest highlights of the beginner chapter.

- Maya: A technician separated from her squad. Help her escape from Raven.

- Final Objective: Once every area has been reclaimed and the Raven forces have been driven out, this war-torn city will finally begin to recover thanks to you and your allies.

Challenges and Tips
1. Special Ops
- In Special Ops, hold the center fire button with your thumb to aim. Move your finger to adjust your aim, then release to fire.

- Always check your target before firing. Some missions will fail if you take out the wrong target.

- When you’re outnumbered, look for useful objects in the stage. Use them at the right moment to take out multiple enemies in one go.

2. Squad Battles
If your squad struggles to defeat the enemy, try strengthening it in these ways:
- Level up your officers.
- Use higher-quality officers.
- Upgrade your officers’ star levels.
- Put defensive officers in the front row.
- Use officers of the same unit type together.
- Recruit more officers from the Warfare Center!
3. Aides
As you reclaim the city, you will meet aides who used to live here. Assign them to the right jobs to enjoy the following benefits:
- Buildings upgrade much faster.
- Buildings produce more resources and have larger capacity, and some of their functions become available more often.
- Some especially capable aides can even help you find better loot or strengthen your squads in battle!

4. City Areas and Tech
- If you are short on resources, keep reclaiming city areas. The more areas you reclaim, the more resource support you can get.

- If you are not sure which building to upgrade next, upgrading the Command Hub is always a safe choice.

- Call in airdrops regularly to keep resources coming in.

- Use the Radar Station to find more missions and earn various rewards!
